PalletFlow
Pricing

Three ways to run
the whole yard.

One connected record from collection through grading, stock, repair, sale, delivery and payment. Starter runs the yard operation end to end. Professional adds the repair bench, the workforce and financial control. Enterprise is tailored to the organisation.

Starter and Professional both start with one month free — then £99 and £199 a month, billed monthly as one package price for your organisation. The figure you see is the figure you pay. Enterprise is scoped and priced with our team.

Outcomes

What an operator can
actually see.

Recorded once, at the point the work happens. None of it needs a month-end exercise to assemble, because nothing was ever separated in the first place.

  • 01What is actually in stock, by pallet type and grade
  • 02Where a load came from, and what it cost to collect
  • 03What was repaired, and which operative did the work
  • 04What was ordered against what was genuinely delivered
  • 05What customers owe, and what suppliers are owed
  • 06The operational activity behind every financial figure

Questions

Before you
ask us.

Where an answer would require a commercial policy we have not settled, it says so rather than guessing on our behalf.

What do the plans cost?

Starter and Professional both start with one month free. After that, Starter is £99 a month and Professional is £199 a month. Each is one package price for your organisation rather than a figure counted by how many people use it. Enterprise is priced against the shape of the organisation and agreed with our team.

How does the free month work?

You choose Starter or Professional, give us your name, company and work email, and continue to our payment provider's secure checkout. A card is required to start the trial, but there is no subscription charge that day — £0 is taken. Monthly billing begins one calendar month later, at £99 or £199, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Is anything added to the price?

No. £99 and £199 are the total monthly price — no VAT and no other charge is added when you subscribe. If that ever changes, it will be published here before it affects what you pay.

Which PalletFlow plan is right for my business?

Starter, at £99, if what you need is the yard operation itself in one connected system — collections, grading, stock, orders, deliveries, invoices and payments. Professional, at £199, if you also need the repair bench, the people doing the work, payroll and financial control in the same place. Enterprise if PalletFlow needs to be tailored to how a larger organisation runs.

What does Professional add over Starter?

Three things Starter does not carry. Repairs: work tracked to completion, credited to the operative who did it, at a piece rate, with repaired pallets returning to sellable stock. Workforce: staff records, attendance, payroll runs and payslips, including piece-rate repair earnings. Money: supplier balances, customer receivables, expenses, cash movement and financial reporting. Starter records the payments you take and make; Professional is where those payments become a running position you can manage against.

Is Starter a cut-down version?

No. Starter runs the whole operating chain — a collection booked in, graded, held as stock, sold, delivered against a signed quantity, invoiced for what was genuinely delivered and marked as paid. It is the complete core operation, not a sample of one.

What happens when I choose a plan?

Starter and Professional take you to a short form here — your name, company and work email — and then straight to our payment provider's secure checkout to start your free month on the plan you chose. Once that is done we set your account up and email you to activate it. Enterprise is not self-serve — it goes to our team, who scope the requirement with you before anything is agreed.

Can we move up a plan later?

Yes. Starter and Professional are the same system with different areas enabled for your organisation, so moving up switches the additional areas on and moves you to the £199 monthly price. You stay on the same records — nothing is re-entered and nothing is migrated.

Can PalletFlow be configured around how we work?

Within the operation it is built for, yes. The pallet type catalogue is your own, grading follows A, B, Mixed and Ungraded, and the areas of the system available to your organisation are configured for you. What PalletFlow will not do is turn into general-purpose software — it is built specifically around pallet operations, which is the reason it fits them.

Can you help us bring our existing data across?

It depends on what you hold and what form it is in, so it is assessed as part of the Enterprise conversation rather than promised in advance. We will tell you plainly what can come across and what cannot before you commit to anything.

How does Enterprise work?

Enterprise is sales-led rather than self-serve. We scope the requirement with you, run an operational discovery against how the yard actually works, configure PalletFlow around your operating model, and put structured onboarding, organisation and user setup in place. Pricing and support arrangements are agreed commercially.

Does PalletFlow replace our accounting software?

No. PalletFlow is not accounting software. It records what the business is owed and what it owes from the collections, deliveries and invoices your yard actually produced, so the financial picture comes from the operation rather than being assembled separately.

Are the figures shown on this site real customer data?

The plan prices are real. Every operational figure in the product screens across this site — stock quantities, invoice values, balances — is a controlled demonstration value. They mirror shapes the application genuinely implements, but they are presentation values and not customer data.

PalletFlow / Next step

Bring us your yard,
not a shortlist.

We would rather walk through how your operation actually works than talk you through a feature list. Once we understand the yard, the commercial conversation is short.

  • Purpose-built for pallet operations
  • Operational records stay connected
  • Designed around real yard workflows
  • Management visibility comes from the underlying activity
